North Paw Dog Training – Liability Waiver

I understand and acknowledge that:

– I am voluntarily hiring North Paw Dog Training to work with my dog.
– I understand that dog training involves risks, including but not limited to injury to my dog, or third parties.
– I accept full responsibility for my dog’s behavior before, during, and after training sessions.
– I agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Paw Dog Training and its representatives from any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in services.
– I understand that no training outcome is guaranteed, and success depends on consistency, effort, and the unique personality of my dog.
– I affirm that my dog is healthy, non-aggressive (unless disclosed and accepted), and current on all required vaccinations.
